During her career, she has raised and managed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions and $500 million in capital for various projects. Her philanthropic efforts focus on children's education, renewable energy and housing in emerging countries.

Lita-Nadine Quetnick

Lita-Nadine Quetnick has been in real estate for more than 30 years. She is a Principal in JENS Corporation and has been a board member for decades. During her tenure, she has managed, sold, and purchased multiple dozen properties, which required a thorough understanding of complex trading and reverse trading practices.

She has also purchased and sold residential and commercial properties and helped facilitate complex trade transactions. She offers in-depth expertise in commercial real estate transactions, including those involving big-box double net and triple net properties.

Josh Giordano serves as Investor Relations Director at Avestix, where he leads capital formation, investor engagement, and onboarding initiatives across the firm's expanding suite of investment funds. With a background spanning major finance institutions as well as an early-stage venture, Josh brings deep expertise in capital raising and relationship management across a broad spectrum of investor communities, management teams, and industry stakeholders.

Prior to joining Avestix, Josh oversaw investment operations and due diligence at a rapidly growing FinTech investment platform and previously worked in the Product Management & Investor Relations group within the private equity division of Ares Management. Josh began his career as an investment banker with Baird and Jefferies, primarily advising and raising capital for technology and growth-stage companies.

Ruan brings extensive experience in investing and portfolio management, global macroeconomics, geopolitics, monetary systems, global finance, currencies and financial markets to the Avestix team.

Wendy Feliu leverages extensive experience in business operations and executive support to drive organizational success. Known for her proactive problem-solving skills and commitment to exceeding expectations, Wendy maximizes productivity, profitability, and performance across the organization.

Before joining Avestix, Wendy built a strong foundation, gaining valuable experience across departments, including PR, HR, Executive Management, Special Events, Corporate Sponsorship, and Customer Service.
